Refunds and Returns
Made-to-Order Prints (via Printify)
Each print is made-to-order just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for print orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at [your email] with:
A clear photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
Your order number
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
Note: We cannot offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works and are carefully packed and shipped with tracking and insurance.
Returns:
We accept returns of original paintings within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.
Paintings must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs, insurance, and safe packing are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
Once the painting is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping).
Important: If a painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the artwork and packaging.
Custom Commissions
All custom artwork, including commissioned paintings or personalized prints, is non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
