Refunds and Returns


 Made-to-Order Prints (via Printify)

Each print is made-to-order just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for print orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [your email] with:

    • A clear photo of the item

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Your order number

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

Note: We cannot offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works and are carefully packed and shipped with tracking and insurance.

Returns:

  • We accept returns of original paintings within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.

  • Paintings must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs, insurance, and safe packing are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

  • Once the painting is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping).

Important: If a painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the artwork and packaging.

Custom Commissions

All custom artwork, including commissioned paintings or personalized prints, is non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
